Refund and Returns Policy

At Fynora Life, each product is handcrafted with care and intention. We take great pride in delivering quality creations and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Policy
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or preference
- Slight variations in color, fragrance, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects
Returns will be accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and/or an unboxing video of the product and outer packaging
- Email us at hello@fynoralife.com with your order number
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost.
3. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order details and images of the received item
We will promptly correct the issue by sending the correct product.
4. Customised & Personalised Orders
- Customised, personalised, and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable
- This includes products with custom fragrances, labels, messages, or packaging
Please review all custom order details carefully before confirming.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if:
- A replacement is not possible
- The order is cancelled by Fynora Life due to stock or operational issues
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started
- Custom and bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of approved replacements due to damage or error, replacement shipping will be covered by Fynora Life
8. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
- Fragrance preferences or sensitivity
- Minor aesthetic variations due to handmade nature
- Improper candle usage or care
- Damage caused after delivery
9. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. Approved issues will be resolved through replacement only.
