In case of order cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective
  • Any damage or issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos
  • Approved cases will be replaced or resolved promptly

Customised or personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Lead times vary depending on order size and customisation
  • Once approved, custom orders cannot be modified or cancelled

Corporate gifting orders may be subject to separate agreements.

Our candles are crafted with care, but safe usage is the customer’s responsibility:

  • Trim wick to ¼ inch before each use
